A two-hour workshop for youth and their trusted adult on adolescent brain development and the emotional, social, and physical changes of puberty. The goal is to impart fact-based information, develop skills, and provide support.
This 90 minute workshop is designed for people who will soon begin or have recently begun their period. Participants will come away with a greater appreciation for their amazing bodies. The workshop is open to anyone who is interested in the topic, regardless of their sex or gender.

Join us for a two-hour interactive workshop about all the ways that humans create new humans and make family. We’ll discuss sex, insemination, IVF, donors, and surrogates in equal measures; doing so will enable us to include every family structure inclusively and equally.
